Cafenasa, a coffee producer and distributor, has managed to efficiently monitor all its production processes thanks to the application of Openbravo and its integration with different mobile devices.
The implementation of Openbravo allows you to manage the collection of customer orders, distribution planning and meet last-minute demands at the customer’s establishment. The customer receives a valued delivery note that pays in cash. The operator performs a cash register at the end of the working day. This arching should match the information downloaded from mobile devices to Openbravo.
Openbravo allows periodic invoicing (daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly) of all delivery notes issued. Balancing the total amount of the invoice with the fund received in each delivery made.
On the other hand, the production module allows to maintain the traceability of each of the coffee productions and to know to which customers the product of each production has been delivered.
Openbravo has been the tool on which the growth that the company has experienced in recent years has been sustained.
